1] Applicant is seeking regular bail in C.R. No.32 of 2021 registered with Jodbhavi Peth Police Station, Solapur for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 341, 143, 144, 147, 149 and 504 of the IPC. After arrest on 01/03/2021, Applicant is charge-sheeted with other co-accused.
2] FIR depicts that role attributed to the Applicant is that of caught holding of victim so as to facilitate co-accused Yogesh to give stab injury. Perusal of the medico-legal certificate depicts that victim has not cooperated with the investigating agency. As the applicant has already suffered incarceration for more than a year and there are no criminal antecedents, case for grant of bail is made out.
3] Applicant is directed to be released on bail in C.R. No.32 of 2021 registered with Jodbhavi Peth Police Station, Solapur for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 341, 143, 144, 147, 149 and 504 of the IPC on executing P.R. Bond of Rs 25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount. Applicant shall neither influence the witnesses nor tamper with the evidence.
