Perused the materials on record. It is
appearing that being aggrieved by the judgment and order dated
23.12.2021 passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 20th Court,

Cr. B.A. No.814­2022
Mazgaon, Mumbai in C.C. No.2001591/SS/2015, the appellant­accused
filed the appeal alongwith the present bail application.

The sentence imposed by the judgment and order dated
23.12.2021 in C.C. No.2001591/SS/2015 by the learned Metropolitan
Magistrate, 20th Court, Mazgaon, Mumbai is already suspended and
therefore, I find sufficient ground to allow the application. Hence, I
proceed to pass the following order:­
ORDER
1. Bail application No. 814 of 2022 is allowed.
2. The appellant­accused Zubair Wahid Ali Khan shall be
released on bail on executing PB and SB of Rs.40,000/­
(Rupees Forty Thousands only) with one or two sureties in
the like amount.
3. The provisional cash bail of Rs.40,000/­ in lieu of surety is
granted for the period of one month from today.
4. Bail application No. 814 of 2022 is disposed off accordingly.
