suspending sentence that application has been allowed and while
allowing that application he has been directed to execute bond of
Rs.2,00,000/- (Rs. Two Lakhs Only) along with surety of like amount.
Therefore, I pass following order.

ORDER
1. Criminal Bail Application No.1196/2022 in Criminal Appeal
No.280/2022, is allowed.
2. Appellant/accused Sanjay Dinkar Rane is released on executing
bond of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rs. Two Lakhs Only) with one or more
solvent surety of like amount subject to following conditions.
(a)
Appellant/accused shall deposit 50% of the fine amount
imposed by Ld. Trial Court in Court within 8 weeks from
today.

(b)
Appellant/accused
shall
appear
before
this
Court
regularly.
3. Application stands disposed of accordingly.
