ORDER

This is an application U/s.439 of Code of Criminal
Procedure(hereinafter referred to as “Cr.P.C.) for the grant of bail to
the applicant Sandeep @ Vinod Ramjiyavan Rajbhar in C.R.No.128
of 2022 of Wadala Police Station, Mumbai for the offence
punishable U/s.385, 504, 506 of Indian Penal Code(hereinafter
referred to as IPC)

As per case of the prosecution, informant is Amirull
Hasan Khan @ Babu. He is having business of extracting and selling
of sand. On 20/04/2022, applicant demanded him Rs.20,000/- for
his illegal activities. Applicant threatened him to cause death, if he
failed to pay the amount. Except Section 506 of IPC, rest of the
Sections are bailable.

Applicant is arrested on 20/04/2022.

Applicant is having terror in Wadala locality and 28 crimes are
registered against him since 1998 onwards. Considering the nature
of offence, punishment prescribed for the offence and criminal
antecedents of the applicant, I am inclined to allow the application.
Hence, I pass following order.
ORDER

Bail Application No.1028 of 2022 is hereby allowed.

Applicant Sandeep @ Vinod Ramjiyavan Rajbhar in
C.R.No.128 of 2022 of Wadala Police Station, Mumbai for the
offence punishable U/s.385, 504, 506 of Indian Penal Code
be
released on bail on executing PR bond of Rs.50,000/- with one or
more sureties of the same amount.

Applicant to furnish his detailed address, phone number
at the time of furnishing bail.

Bail before the Court attending remand.

Applicant shall not entered into Wadala area till further
orders.

Applicant shall not, directly or indirectly, make any
inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the
facts of the accusation against himself so as to dissuade him from
disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer.

Applicant shall not leave India without previous
permission of the Court.

In case of breach of any conditions, prosecution is
entitled to move application for cancellation of bail.

Bail Application is disposed off accordingly.
