ORAL ORDER
Present application is placed by applicants/accused for bail
against the conviction order and judgment dt.13.7.2022.

Ld. Adv. for the applicants submit that during the pendency of
trial, the applicants/accused are on bail. There is possibility of getting
acquittal
through
present
appeal.

Hence,
he
prayed
that
applicants/accused be enlarged on bail during the hearing and disposal
of appeal. Ld.Adv. for the respondent resisted the application and

claimed rejection of it.

Pursuant to the order passed in Misc.

Application No.1407 of 2022, the execution of sentence is suspended.
Consequently, the applicants are entitled for bail during the pendency
of appeal subject to condition precedent. In the result, following order is
passed:
ORDER
1.

Bail Application No. 1812 of 2022 is allowed.

2.

Appellants/accused No.1 and 2 are released on bail on execution
of PR Bond of Rs.15,000/­ each with solvent surety of like amount each
till the final disposal of the appeal.
3.

The
order
of
bail
would
be
treated
as
cancelled,
if
appellants/accused No.1 and 2 make default to pay the amount of
Rs.2,50,000/­ pursuant to the order passed in MA. No.1407 of 2022.
4.

Bail Application is disposed of.
