ORAL ORDER
1.

By the present application appellant accused Sachin
Vinayak Kalzunkar, who is present before the court, prayed to suspend

the effect, operation and implementation of impugned judgment dated
18.01.2024 passed by the Ld. Metropolitan Magistrate 7 th Court, Dadar,
Mumbai in C.C.No. 607/SS/2015.

Heard, the Ld. Advocate Shri. K. M. Kadam on behalf of
appellant. Hence, I am inclined to pass the following order
ORDER
1.

Appellant/applicant accused is released on PB and SB of
Rs. 1,00,000/.
2.

He shall deposit 20% amount of cheque as a interim
compensation within 60 days from the date of passing of this order.
Payment of interim compensation is condition precedent. If the said
amount is not deposited within the stipulated time, the suspension of
the sentence stands revoked automatically without reference to this
Court.
3.

Hence, the Bail Application No. 425 of 2024 is disposed of
accordingly.
