ORDER
1.

The said application is filed by appellant/accused Mrs. Rekha
Baburao Lokhande. She submitted that Metropolitan Magistrate, 72 nd
Court,
Vikhroli,
Mumbai
has
convicted
her
on
30/06/2022
in
C.C.No.325/SS/2016. The appellant has preferred appeal against the said
judgment. The offence is bailable and during pendency of the appeal the
appellant has requested bail.

The advocate for respondent no.2 opposed the application.

The appellant/accused has produced copy of judgment dated
30/06/2022 passed by learned
Metropolitan Magistrate, 72 nd Court,
Vikhroli. By the judgment and order the appellant is convicted. The
appellant wants to challenge the said judgment before the Session Court.
Right to challenge order and judgment is statutory right of appellant.
Therefore during pendency of appeal the appellant be released on bail.
Accordingly following order is passed.

ORDER
1.

Bail Application No.1859/22 is allowed.

2.

The appellant/accused Mrs. Rekha Baburao Lokhande be released
on PB and SB of Rs.10,000/­(Rupees Ten Thousand).

3.

Thus, Bail Application No.1859/22 stands disposed of.
