:ORDER:
Applicant/accused is apprehended in Crime No.12/2024
under Sections 7 and 12 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.
Presently he is lodged in judicial custody. He has moved the instant
application for grant of bail on the ground that he has been falsely
implicated in the alleged offence and he came to be arrested without
following due process of law. It is further submitted that if he is
released on bail, he is ready to abide by all the conditions as imposed by
this Court.

Investigating Officer is present before this Court and
submitted that presence of accused be marked till the charge-sheet is
filed before trial Court. In view of above said and having regard to the
the nature of crime alleged to have been committed by accused, I
proceed to pass the following order:
ORDER
1.

ACB Bail Application No.316 of 2024 is allowed.

2.

Applicant/accused No.3 Nilesh Jayanti Dohar be released on his
executing P.R. bond of Rs.40,000/-(Rupees Forty Thousand only )
with one solvent surety in like sum with directions that:i) Accused shall not interfere in the investigation of instant crime.
ii) Accused shall not threaten prosecution witnesses whose
statement is recorded or will be recorded in future.
iii) Accused shall not leave jurisdiction of this Court until
conclusion of trial.
iv) Accused shall submit mobile numbers and residential proof of
his two near relatives.

v) Accused shall mark his presence every week preferably on
Monday to ACB office for enquiry between 11.00 a.m. to 2.00
p.m. hours until further order.

ACB Bail Application No.316 of 2024 stands disposed of
