ORAL ORDER
The applicant/accused Mohd. Imran Abdul Latif Shaikh
has filed this application for correction of his name in title clause in the
application as well as in the bail order dated 03.02.2022.

It is contended that, the correct name of the applicant is
“Mohammed Imran Abdul Latif Shaikh”. But due to oversight his name
was mentioned in the title clause of bail application as ‘Mohammed
Imran Abdul Latif Khan @ Ema’ and accordingly, the same name has
been mentioned in the bail order dated 03.02.2022. So, this application
for correction of the name.

Heard Ld. Advocate appearing for the applicant/accused
and Ld. APP Mr. Tarange appearing for the prosecution.

Gone through
the Aadhar Card and Pan Card as well as the reply filed by the
Investigating Officer to the bail application.

On perusal of the reply of the prosecution as well as the
remand papers it appears that, the name of the present applicant is
Mohammed Imran Abdul Latif Shaikh @ Ema.

The name of the
applicant in Aadhar Card as well as Pan Card is Mohammed Imran
Abdul Latif Shaikh. From this documentary evidence on record it is
clear that, the name of the applicant is Mohammed Imran Abdul Latif
Shaikh. In such circumstances his name in the Bail Application
No.178/2022 is liable to be corrected. Hence, following order.
ORDER
1.

Application Exh-05 in Bail Application No.178/2022, is hereby allowed.
