ORDER
The instant application is preferred by appellant/original
accused No.3 for grant of bail in the appeal filed by him against
judgment and order of learned trial Court in C.C.No.477/SW/2018,
wherein accused was sentenced to suffer imprisonment of three months
and was directed to pay fine of Rs.3,500/-.

It is matter of record that accused has deposited the fine
amount. This Court has perused the application. It is informed that
accused was released on bail by trial Court. In view of above said, the
present application needs to be allowed on following terms and
conditions:
ORDER
1.

Criminal Bail Application No. 1553 of 2022 is allowed.

2.

Accused Mohammed Khalid Khan be released on his executing PR
bond of Rs. 20,000/-( Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) with one
surety in like sum with direction that he shall appear before this
court on each and every dates and shall cooperate this court in
disposing of the matter expeditiously.

3.

Criminal Bail application no. 1553 of 2022 is stands disposed of
accordingly.
