:ORDER:
This is an application filed by applicant for provisional cash bail.

Prosecution has objected the same.

Accused is 50 years old lady. It appears, as per the contentions of
learned counsel for accused, accused is staying in Mumbai. The bail
order is passed in favour of accused. Considering such circumstances, it
will be proper to release accused on provisional cash bail for short
duration. Hence, pass following order:

Application Exh.3 is allowed.

Accused viz. Smt. Mariyam @ Amma @ Madhavi Abdul Rehman
Shaikh be released on provisional cash bail of Rs.30,000/(Rupees Thirty Thousand Only) for a period of 60 days from
today.
