ORDER

This is an application U/s.439 of Code of Criminal
Procedure(hereinafter referred to as “Cr.P.C.) for the grant of bail to

the applicant Javed Anwarulhaq Shaikh in C.R.No.25 of 2022 of
Crime Branch, Mumbai,Unit 9, Mumbai(D.N. Nagar Police Station
C.R.No.314 of 2022) for the offence punishable U/s.328, 188, 272,
273 of Indian Penal Code and U/s.59 of Food Safety and Standards
Act 2006.

As per secret information, police conducted raid at the
house of the applicant.

Applicant was found in possession of
articles i.e. Pan Masala and Gutkha of various brands worth
Rs.24,45,564/-.

Accordingly,
articles
alongwith
cash
of
Rs.2,12,380/- were seized. Applicant is arrested on 12/04/2022.
Applicant is having criminal antecedents of similar nature i.e.
C.R.No.578 of 2013, C.R.No.135 of 2019, C.R.No.431 of 2020 and
C.R.No.137 of 2021 all registered at D.N. Nagar Police Station.
Applicant is repeatedly committing same crime and misusing his
liberty. Investigation is at primary stage. Therefore, at this stage,
applicant is not entitled for bail. Hence, I pass following order.
ORDER

Bail Application No.920 of 2022 is hereby rejected and
disposed of accordingly.
