ORDER
Read the application. Heard learned Advocate for applicant
and both the respondents. Offence punishable u/s. 138 of the Negotiable
Instrument Act vide Section 255 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure,
1973 is bailable and compoundable.

Learned Advocate for applicant
submitted that applicant was on bail during the trial and he has not
misused the liberty granted to him by Trial Court. Resultantly, I pass
following order.

ORDER
1.

Applicant/original accused Haroon Janmohammad Betrywala be
released on Cash Bail of Rs. 25,000/­ (Rs. Twenty Thousand
Only/­) deposited by him before Trial Court, till further order.

2.

Criminal Bail Application No. 162 of 2022 in Criminal Appeal No.
27 of 2022 is disposed off accordingly.

3.

Supply authentic copy to both the sides.
