Being aggrieved by the judgment and order passed by the learned
Metropolitan Magistrate, 56th Court, Mazgaon, Mumbai on 22.02.2022
in C.C. No.2203/SS/2020, the appellants/original accused Nos. 1 to 3
filed the appeal alongwith the present bail application.

Heard respective parties. Perused the materials on record.

The sentence imposed by the judgment and order dated
22.02.2022 in C.C. No.2203/SS/2020 by the learned Metropolitan
Magistrate, 56th Court, Mazgaon, Mumbai is already suspended and
therefore, I find sufficient ground to allow the application. Hence, I
proceed to pass the following order:­
ORDER
1. Bail application No. 949 of 2022 is allowed.
2. The appellants/accused No.2 Bharat Chhagalal Jain and
accused No.3 Kishor Chhagalal Jain shall be released on bail
on executing PB and SB of Rs.15,000/­ each (Rupees Fifteen
Thousand each only) with the sureties in the like amount.
3. The provisional cash bail of Rs.15,000/­ each in lieu of
surety is granted for the period of one month from today.
4. Bail application No. 949 of 2022 is disposed off accordingly.
