The ld. Advocate Sunny Singh pointed out that accused
have dependants minor daughter and his wife. Dependants are starving.
Nobody to earn bread and butter for dependants. Hence, I am inclined
to stay the operation and effect of the impugned order till registration
of appeal.

Hence, proceed to passed following order
ORDER
1.

Hence, applicant be released on PB & SB of Rs.15,000/­.

2.

Bail application NO. 1103 of 2024 is allowed and disposed of
accordingly.
