The accused has allegedly assaulted the public servants
who were discharging their duty of removing encroachments. The
accused has opposed their action and had a scuffle with them. In such
facts and circumstances of the case further detention of the accused
does not seem necessary. Hence the order :­

Application is allowed.

Accused Chandrashekar Swami arrested in Crime Number
244/2022 under Sections 353 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code
registered at Santacruz police station be released on P.B. and S.B.
of Rs. 25,000/­ with one or two surety/s subject to condition that
he shall attend the said police station as and when required by
the Investigating Officer till filing of the charge­sheet.

He shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses and evidence
in any manner.

Provisional cash bail in the like amount is allowed. The accused
shall furnish surety within 4 weeks from the date of release
failing which the cash bail shall stand forfeited without any
separate order to that effect.

Bail before the learned committing Court.

Supply authentic copy.
