Being aggrieved by the judgment and order passed by the learned
Metropolitan Magistrate, 56th Court, Mazgaon, Mumbai on 22.11.2020
in C.C. No.1530/SS/2020, the appellant/original accused filed the
appeal alongwith the present bail application.

The sentence imposed by the judgment and order dated
22.11.2020 in C.C. No.1530/SS/2020 by the learned Metropolitan
Magistrate, 56th Court, Mazgaon, Mumbai is already suspended and
therefore, I find sufficient ground to allow the application. Hence, I
proceed to pass the following order:
ORDER
1. Bail application No. 88 of 2022 is allowed.
2. The appellant/accused Anwar Dadani shall be released on
bail on executing P. R. Bond of Rs.25,000/­ (Rupees Twenty
Five Thousand only) with one or two sureties in the like
amount.
3. Bail application No. 88 of 2022 is disposed off accordingly.
